Photos, setlists and more in our bulging mail bag!
I was sat at my desk in the glorious surroundings of Squeeze Reader Towers, when the postman presented me with a bulging bag of mail!
And what brilliant mail is is...
1. SOLD OUT AT THE BEACON!
Firstly, big thanks to squeeze reader Ian Siegel for this great photo of the Beacon Theater, NY.
It warms the heart to see Squeeze's name in lights :0)
2. STARS IN OUR EYES!
Smiling like a cheshire cat, I delved down deeper into the sack of mail to find a lovely link from Joe.
"So where does the link lead to?" I hear you ask...
... To some groovy photos from the Starland Ballroom gig!

Amazing just listening to the New York gig. Going to see the guys in Liverpool and Dublin in December. Cannot wait to hear Walk Away
I was at the Nokia show! Truly brilliant. I just adore Glenn and Chris.
I was at the Nokia show. I was right in front of Glenn by the stage. There was a sound problem and I could barely hear the vocals the entire show. Glenn said the situation was being addressed after Picadilly but it was never fixed.
Still was a good show, but not being able to hear the vocals held it back from being great for me.
Anyone else have that problem?
The vocals were low out on the floor in the floor through Slightly Drunk, but they improved. Its a shame you couldn't hear them upfront, Glenn remarked about that. If you listen to the recording, though, the vocals were ok from Piccadilly through the rest of the show.
sorry that should be "out on the floor in the speakers"
At Anaheim August 12th the same problem encountered Fountains of Wayne, the opening act. When the between-bands set up commenced, new monitors were brought in and all was well for Squeeze. It seemed like they had learnt their lesson.
